The lifts were a real problem. waiting took ages. i wanted something healthy at the restaurants but options were limited. It was frustrating. the bed wasn't comfortable either. It was like i was sleeping on rocks.

the hotel had direct access to the north terminal. i found a convenient shuttle to the south terminal. the room had excellent soundproofing, blocking any airport noise. the staff were polite and efficient.
the room service menu had few healthy options. i wanted something light but the choices were very limited. this was a downside.

the location is very convenient for gatwick airport, this is true.
the night staff seemed rude, i went with a complaint, but he wasn't interested at all. he just smirked and apologized, but the stay wasn't worth what i paid.
